PRE-PARTY ENTERTAINMENT
Let's start from the beginning and work our way through your event. Many of our big clients prefer to have some sort of light entertainment in the very beginning of the evening, you may have a VIP pre-party, a cocktail hour that is in another area or in a foyer, or you may just want to put a little entertainment up front as the guests enter. For this portion of most Kansas City charity events, we recommend a few different options:

	Since we are in Kansas City, perhaps a nice jazz ensemble would be nice for the beginning of the evening. We offer authentic Kansas City jazz combos that range from a solo pianist, to a piano and saxophone duo, all the way to a full blown jazz quintet with a female vocalist. A little jazz makes for a classy entrance to your Kansas City charity event or fundraiser.
	Perhaps your Kansas City charity events are geared more towards the younger end of the spectrum and you are looking for something a little more upbeat and modern. In these cases, we recommend an acoustic guitarist / vocalist. We have solo acoustic performers and duos.

We also have an array of video screens, from small to large scale, custum fit for any venue in Kansas City that you can use to display auction items, corporate sponsor logos, and also video presentations that update your guests on your charity organization and what it has done in the past year, and what the plans are for the future. Our bands are trained to be prompt and attentive at charity events as we know that there can be no "down time" during the flow of your evening and that the band must be ready to blast off as soon as the other activities are completed. DUELING PIANOS At Adam Blue Productions, we have a variety of specialty acts that cater to Kansas City charity events, specifically. Our dueling pianos acts, "The Dueling Piano Guys", and the famous "Big Show Dueling Pianos" are an EXTREMELY popular choice for charity fundraisers. For starters, the dueling piano act will actually RAISE MONEY for your charity as they perform, by way of generating tips from the audience. The pianists will announce to the audience that they are donating all of the evening's tips to the charity organization and you wouldn't believe the amount of money these guys can raise. In some cases, the money that the dueling pianos act raises cancels out their performance fee and it's just like you've gotten your entertainment for free! DJ You can't go wrong with a good DJ. Adam Blue Productions is the official DJ company of The Kansas City Chiefs and they have the highest quality sound systems and lighting in the Midwest. Our DJs are upbeat and energetic, but NOT CHEESY, they get the crowd up and dancing and also make any announcements that you might have, or even do raffles, etc. We also have karaoke DJs who will come in and challenge your audience to see who has the best pipes. We can center our DJ service around the theme of your event, and cater to any requests that you or your guests may have throughout the evening. Our DJs are continuously connected via Wi-Fi so you can't "stump" them. They have every song in existance and they know how to read a crowd and play the perfect mix of songs to keep everyone happy and dancing.
